| Details: | Phone contact with DRC, discussed missing arsenic sample and increased monitoring schedule at quarterly for this seasonal well system. DRC noted its media was not functioning properly in march after last sample and was to be replaced, due to inventory/shipping issues system could not replace original media, system discussed with state regional coordinator regarding changing media to greensand, system media is shipped and will arrive mid august to be changed mid august, system will test this quarter after media change and final quarter for 2022. will rtc violation after consecutive testing is complete. | ||
