| Details: | I called Jamen to inform him of the monthly coliform schedule due to the WS having triggered a coliform investigation and having a M&R violation. He said he received a letter from OHA and was aware of the monitoring schedule increase. He said he will be transferring to new location soon and will notify me once a new operator is in place for the WS. He will continue to follow up until the new operator is in place. | ||
