Details: Emailed Robert to inform him that Cold Springs has two violations. One for late reporting of Monthly Groundwater Compliance. I let him know to get the July report in before August 10th. The other violation was for missing the 2nd 6th month round of Lead and Copper Sampling. I informed Robert to get in another 10 sample round of Lead and Copper.
