| Details: | Contacted Carol Clark with Luckiamute on 7/29/2022 and let them know they received a late/nonreporting violation for DBP samples in Dist A. Carol responded to me on 7/29/2022 at 4:04 PM that they did take the DBP samples on 6/15/2022, the lab analyzed the samples on 6/22/2022, but it was reported on 7/11/2022. Operator will be talking with the lab about getting the reports in sooner. | ||
