| Details: | I visited the store to discuss the replacement of the sanitary seal on the source for the public water system. I was assured by the owner of the Retail Food Establishment, Rakesh Sharma, that the replacement of the sanitary seal would take place by 11/02/2018. He agreed to provide me with evidence that this work was completed by providing me with a picture of the completed work and an invoice. I alerted Mr. Sharma that if the work was not completed by 11/02/2018 that the public water system would likely enter into formal enforcement procedures undertaken by the ODA and the State of Oregon Drinking Water Program. | ||
