Details:	In response to the E. coli positive result from "inlet tank" sample reported yesterday, the PWS is currently shock chlorinating their contact chamber (aka clearwell) and recirculating the water at this time. A third temporary routine in distribution will be collected today to meet the 3 required due to the June TC+. ("Inlet tank" sample was actually collected at the outlet of the contact chamber.) Purpose of sampling the outlet of the contact chamber, a special sample, was because White Branch has no idea why the June TC+ occurred, followed by 3 TC+ in early July. Sampling after the contact chamber could rule out the possibility of cross-connection when they filled the pool with raw water in June.
