| Details: | I discussed the recent compliance monitoring form submission for the month of September showing that the water system was below the minimum required chlorine residual of 0.2 mg/L for 48 hours with Marie Brenden (the PIC on site at the time of the site visit). I showed Ms. Brenden a copy of the submitted report showing a chlorine residual value of 0.02 and we both agreed that this was most likely due to entering the value incorrectly onto the form for the two days in question (her chlorine test kit can not measure values below 0.2 mg/L increments). Regardless of the reason for the value below 0.2 mg/L, I informed her that a tier two public notice would need to be posted and provided her with a paper copy of a template as well as an electronic copy to create and post the required public notice next to the coffee area. I informed Ms. Brenden that the public notice will need to be completed and posted by 11/07/2018 and to send an electronic copy to me once completed. | ||
