| Details: | Mr. Burcher contacted me with knowledge of the repeat positive total coliform indications in distribution. It is still believed with these samples that there is contamination at or near storage. They plan to introduce residual disinfection through dosing storage water at about 0.5ppm chlorine with 6-12 hour contact time. I have confirmed the dosage for 450,000 gallons as proposed, and they will test/monitor residual levels post-storage. A level 1 investigation form has been provided to the system. |
