| Details: | I contacted Balmeet Singh to discuss the corrections for the uncorrected significant deficiencies noted on the water system survey conducted on 12/03/2021. Mr. Singh stated that he thought his father had corrected/was in the process of correcting the deficiencies for the well casing height, the crack in the concrete pad around the well casing, and the lack of a raw water sample tap. Mr. Singh stated that he would get back to me regarding the progress and to provide me pictures of the completed work. | ||
