Details:	Site visit to verify raw water sample taps have been installed. Well three has new sample tap but it is against the concrete slab and not useable. Well one does not have a raw water sample tap. Met with Bob the service provider. He will raise the sample tap for well #3 and install a raw water sample tap for well #1. Issue not resolved. Will need another site visit or photo verification.
