| Details: | Emailed David and Gail to note that an alert had been generated for an LCR excursion. The system did not meet the required pH minimums at the entry point for 2 days in July. David noted that staff was monitoring pH at the outlet of the clearwell rather than the outlet of the reservoir, so when they started measuring at the correct spot then they discovered that the pH minimums were not met. I noted that the system would trigger additional requirements if more than 9 excursions happen within 6 months. |
