| Details: | I contacted Ms. Davies and reviewed possible reasons for the repeat positive at a different distribution location. Reviewed a best practice of shock chlorination if it is possible, and also reviewed improved sampling protocols. I also issued her a level 1 investigation form to begin this process. |
