| Details: | There was a routine sample that returned a TC+ at one of the ranger houses. The chlorine residual was measured and was above the minimum required for that part of the system. Likely contaminated while the sample was being collected. Three repeat samples will be collected, one at the same location, one further upstream, and another from the same building, as this ranger house does not have any downstream distribution. The repeat sample collected at the kitchen sink came back TC+, and there was still a normal chlorine residual. The aerator on the faucet is suspected to be the cause. A level 1 investigation will be conducted to determine the cause of the contamination. 8/15/2022 |
