| Details: | I contacted Mr. Howerton today and discussed the repeat total coliform samples. Reviewed the triggered as negative and all distribution samples as positive. We both believe that the most likely cause is stagnated and warm storage water with light use as a cause, or secondarily a broken line between storage and site A (initial distribution site). He states he plans to add chlorine at storage at about 1.0ppm as a residual to treat this issue and sample this residual. I have also emailed the level 1 investigation form to him. |
