| Details: | Called Graham and reminded him to report routine coliform and nitrate samples. I let him know the WS has a violation for not reporting a 2nd quarter coliform sample. I also mentioned an annual source sample (pre-UV) is required and a one time arsenic sample. Graham said he thought a lab in Eugene was collecting and reporting the samples. He is going to follow up with them and make sure they have WS name and PWS number on their reporting. | ||
