| Details: | On 8/12/22 we received notice that Great Vow Zen Monastery had a coliform water sample that tested positive for total coliform. I called Hogen Bays and left a message stating that 2 samples are required: one Repeat sample either at the same tap that yielded the positive coliform result or from a tap right next to it, as well as one Triggered or source sample collected from the well. Those samples are to be collected within 10 days of being notified of the positive result. |
