| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: RT53 emailed requesting need of further assistance with funding of improvements that they are planning on constructing. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider spoke with Doug Marshall of RT53 at length about funding requirements. Doug said at this point they were not ready for an LOI, as he was told they needed a cost estimate and stamped plans from an engineer before submitting the LOI.
