| Details: | Mr. Yockey contacted me on 8/16/22 and asked me to review the procedure for repeat sampling for this system. He described a possibly contaminated sample point as well. I outlined the repeat procedure including 3 repeats at specific sites, the triggered sample, and attention to decontaminating the original sample site. The repeats should be completed on 8/17/22. |
