| Details: | I spoke with the DRC by hone and email. I communicated that no routine sample was reported for June and July '22 and that violations were issued. The DRC indicated that the sample was taken, results received but that neither the lab nor the system communicated the results to the State. The DRC promised to send the results so that they can be entered into the system's history. They will also once again attempt to figure out the misstep between the system, lab and State to ensure reporting. I offered to join the conversation with the labl in an effort to support proper reporting. |
