Details: Contacted Tammy Lyons regarding the Notice of Violation and Administrative Order and possible civil penalties outlined in the letter dated August 24, 2022 from Brad Daniels with DWS. I talked to Tammy about the information in the letter and that if she didn't submit a sample, she was facing probable civil penalties. She stated that she HAD been taking samples and there must be a mix up. She was going to contact the lab and get back to me on that. In addition, she will be submitting a sample tomorrow by USPS to Magic Valley Labs. She is also aware that she is on monthly monitoring and will continue until further notice.
