Details:	Called Karl on 8/25/22 at 4:19pm. Left a voicemail asking for a call back and stating we received a Total Coliform positive sample at Dist A, Hebo PS. Informed operator that they will need to take three repeat samples (one at original site, one within five connections upstream, and one within five connections downstream). Also informed operator that they will need to take 4 triggered samples: 1 at CH-A - COMMON HEADER FOR EP-A 1 at SRC-AE - EAST SPRING A 1 at SRC-AF - EAST SPRING B 1 at SRC-AG - EAST SPRING C Relayed same information by email on 8/25/22 at 4:30pm. Received an email from Grand Ronde Water Association on 8/26/22 at 10:04am stating that only CH-A - COMMON HEADER FOR EP-A was in use at the time of the sample and that the following will not need a triggered sample: 1 at SRC-AE - EAST SPRING A 1 at SRC-AF - EAST SPRING B 1 at SRC-AG - EAST SPRING C Relayed the same information to compliance.dw@state.or.us on 8/26/22 at 10:34am.
