Details:	I contacted Balmeet Singh to discuss the uncorrected deficiencies from the water system survey conducted in 2021 as well as the sampling for coliform and Nitrate. Mr. Singh stated that there is a contractor hired to fix the crack in the concrete pad, although he hasn't had time to conduct the repair. Mr. Singh asked me to text him the fixes from the survey and I let him know they are the following: fix crack in concrete pad around well casing, extend well casing to be at least 12" above the concrete pad, and installation of a raw water sample tap at the wellhead. Additionally I discussed the lack of coliform testing in June and July as well as the lack of a quarterly Nitrate sample. Mr. Singh assured corrections to all items discussed.
