| Details: | Spoke to David again about the third quarter TTHM result that exceeded the MCL. Turns out the TTHM LRAA MCL was exceeded which is a violation requiring public notice which must be distributed as soon as possible but no later than 30 days. I sent him the public notice template and he indicated he would get the notice out as soon as possible. This issue will also be discussed in the report for the most recent water system survey conducted 10/11/18 with a requirement for him to respond with what steps will be taken to lower TTHMs below the MCL. I also discussed the violation received for not report SOCs for the 3rd quarter. He will see if the sampling was done and if so, send me the reports. He has sampling bottles and plans to do the 4th quarter SOC testing on 11/6/18. Collecting those samples and reporting the results on-time will return that violation to compliance. | ||
