| Details: | Called and left a message with staff about the TC+ alert with the trigger sample on August 31st. I will reach back out tomorrow with information for a level 1 investigation. *Jason called 9/2/22 and will be conducting a level 1 investigation. He's been instructed to submit that back to me within 30 days and to submit 3 routine samples for the month of September. |
