Details:	I spoke with Jim Oswald with City of Prescott; he told me that the arsenic treatment system failure was due to a failed pump. They ordered a replacement pump which Jim says was scheduled to be delivered today. Jim added that both he and the Mayor of Prescott went door to door and delivered the "do not drink" public notice documents, and spoke to the residents in person that were there at the time. Jim added that the water may not be tested for arsenic until next week. But the "do not drink" notice may not be lifted until the water sample results show as being below the MCL, and I added that with the arsenic treatment system malfunction, without a sample we can't know the arsenic levels of what the current water system would produce.
