| Details: | Charles let me know that they are issuing a moratorium on new water connections. They feel it is quite likely that the North Spring will not be able to securely provide sufficient water for eventual build out and that they will need a supplemental water source. They have a long term strategy to find a solution to the problem by developing one or more new wells. No existing homes will be impacted. | ||
