| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the 2 coliform positive sample results from the 3 repeats in the distribution. The facility has already shock chlorinated the system to clear any distribution issues that may be occurring. Operator explained that there has been notable issues since the well had to be scoped during the plan review process. In addition, there was a power outage and water delivered that may have contributed. Proper sampling technique was discussed and the operator is testing out using another local lab. Operator understands that 3 repeats must be taken during October. | ||
