| Details: | Called Karl at 4:16 pm on 9/9/22 and could not reach voicemail. Emailed Karl at 4:23pm on 9/9/22 and informed operator of total coliform positive result at Yamhill R Rd - Dist A. Told operator that they will need to take three repeat samples (one within five connections upstream, one within five connections downstream, and one at the original location). Also told operator that our schedule shows that they will also need to take four triggered samples at the following locations: 1 at CH-A - COMMON HEADER FOR EP-A 1 at SRC-AE - EAST SPRING A 1 at SRC-AF - EAST SPRING B 1 at SRC-AG - EAST SPRING C Asked for a phone call to follow up and discuss why there may be a total coliform positive and what may have happened. Karl called and left a message around 3:00 pm on 9/12/2022. He stated that he took the three repeat samples and the common header triggered sample. The new springs ( SRC-AE, SRC-AF, SRC-AG) were not active at the time of the TC positive sample. -CT |
