| Details: | Called and spoke with Wylesha to notify her of the TC+ alert in distribution. She will be collecting samples on Monday as the lab is closed and staff is off on Friday's. * Wylesha left me a message that the submitted the samples Monday and received a call from the lab that the samples were positive for coliform. I called and left her a message as well as email, instructing her to complete a level 1 investigation within 30 days and submit back to me, as well as submit 3 routine next month. |
