| Details: | I left Joe Kirsh a voicemail on 9/7/22 to respond to the coliform alert that was received on 9/6/22. In my voicemail I asked that three repeat distribution samples and triggered source sample be submitted. Claire Robinson a BLM engineer responded by email that the samples had been taken. The following day on 9/8/22 two of three repeat samples are positive for coliform. I emailed Claire and explained that shock chlorinating the system would likely be necessary and that a special sample should follow to see that the treatment was effective. A Level 1 notice was generated. I forwarded Claire the Level 1 investigation notice and the form. I also stated that if the campground was still open into October that a routine sample should be submitted. |
