Details:	Raw and finished water samples were collected for cyanotoxins analysis Tuesday 9/6/22. The finished water sample result was non-detect for cyanotoxins which is good, however the raw water sample had a chlorine residual present so was invalidated by the lab. Requested the operator continue to collect both raw and finished water samples weekly while the issue with the raw samples continues to be investigated. Requested the circuit rider make another site visit and perform a DPD test for free chlorine residual again on the raw water sample, this time also using a correction for potential oxidized manganese interference. Also requested the DEQ lab perform this test on next week's raw sample to be collected Monday 9/12/22. Update 9/16/22: Raw sample collected 9/12/22 had chlorine residual present so was invalidated (finished water sample ND). Requested the operator continue to collect both raw and finished water samples weekly while the issue with the raw samples continues to be investigated. DEQ lab is set up to do DPD test with manganese correction for next raw sample that will be collected Monday 9/19/22.
