| Details: | Spoke with operator about the failed repeat sample at space #6. He claims that he took the sample sample from space #6 as the tenants from space #4 were not home. These residential units do not have hose bibs due to an irrigation system separate from the potable system. We discuss possible causes and review super chlorination procedures and the Leve 1 Coliform Investigation. | ||
