Details: Phone contact to operator regarding continued bacterial results in system, system will take repeat samples in distribution and source sample. Continue to monitor chlorine levels during routine tests ,will follow up with system.

system rp samples are present for bacteria, noted to system about rp samples from the same location and should be from different sample location up and down stream in the distribution. System noted due to vandalization the only other sample site was the hb. Simple collect next months rt sample as required.
