| Details: | I contacted Ms. Winiarski this day and discussed the October 25, 2018 negative coliform sample which followed the positive E. Coli. I assume this sample was a special sample but entered as routine. She informed me the 3 temporary routines for November were scheduled for the week of Nov.5-9. In addition, the corrective action for this system has been completed and accepted as of 10/25/18. |
