| Details: | Returned call from Sarah McQuade regarding three positive temporary routine coliform samples. Informed the system, that they will need to collect 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample. Also, let her know in a follow-up email that they system will need to complete a Level 1 investigation. The system collected three repeat and a source sample and all four samples were coliform positive. Called and talked to Con Cahill who is filling in for Sarah. Explained to Mr.Cahill that the system will need to perform corrective action such as shock chlorinating the system and collecting special samples to confirm that shock chlorination worked. He said he will forward the information to John Shine, the owner. |
