Details:	I made a site visit to the water system to document the current operating conditions. The current well being used as the water source does not have a sanitary seal in place at the well casing/cap interface. The well house was cleaned of debris and there wasn't any sign of pest activity (rodent droppings). The water system still has the public restrooms closed, the soda machine closed, and the ice machine disconnected. I provided this information to Brad Daniels with the DWP.
