| Details: | Called and spoke with operator about a TC+ alert in distribution for samples drawn on 9/19/22. The operator will be submitting 3 repeats and 1 trigger sample tomorrow. * 9.29.22* I called and spoke with the operator about sample labelling and about where he was collecting the samples from. The initial positive coliform sample was labelled pump house and was submitted as a distribution sample. The trigger sample submitted later was also listed from the source and labelled pump house. I talked to him and let him know that he should be following his coliform sampling plan and sampling from distribution when he collects routine samples, not just from the pump house because it is more accessible. He explained that it was a lack of oversight and that he would correct the issue moving forward. |
