| Details: | Phone contact with operator regarding rt bacterial test, system will take 3 rp samples with-in distribution and a source sample. Discussed chosen site for bacterial site and to follow coliform sampling plans. follow up with facility regarding rp samples present for bacteria, facility will take 3 temporary routines in October and will complete and submit level 1 investigation. facility noted possible leak in chlorination system and will adjust and check. |
