| Details: | Cindy Aspinwall called our office at 11:29 a.m to let us know their coliform sample came back positive. I told them that they will have to take three(3) repeat samples within 24 hours, one(1) at the location of where the original TC+ sample came from, one(1) five connections upstream, one(1) five connections downstream. I also informed them that triggered samples are required. I explained that there are samples from any wells/sources that were active during the time the TC+ sample was taken. In addition, I emailed Cindy at 12:01 p.m of the what samples needed to be taken. I emailed Cindy on 9/28/2022 @ 4:01 PM to let them know they will need to take three temporary routine samples for the month 10/01/2022 - 10/31/2022. |
