| Details: | Two repeats and triggered sources sample TC+ following routine positive. Discussed with Amanda and they are looking for possible cause. Sent level one investigation. System may chlorinate, flush and resample. System supplies water to customers via private cisterns and may lose pressure when well pump cycles off as each cistern has an air-gap. Find and fix and resample to ensure absent for coliforms. Once absent samples, can resume routine monthly sampling. | ||
