| Details: | Today a voicemail and an email was left for the operator. It was discussed that the facility just had a total coliform positive sample result from the outside spigot. It was explained that the facility is responsible for a triggered well sample as well as 3 repeats within 24 hours. Sample location was also discussed. It was inquired whether or not the outside spigot was a good representation of the system or if the methods used to perform the sampling were adequate. It was also discussed that if the repeats are total coliform positive that the facility should consider taking corrective actions such as shocking the system. |
