| Details: | Water sample from near the effluent of the CT contact tank was E. coli positive. The sample location was from a dead-end pipe. The sample tap was relocated and shock chlorination applied again. Follow-up sampling was TC absent, though not reported as this was intended as a special sample but ID'd on C-o-C as routine. | ||
