| Details: | Survey deficiency updates: - Tracer study due date extended to 12.09.22. - New turbidimeter installed: Ryan Sherman, from the Myrtle Point PWS donated and installed an on-line turbidimeter. Installation was completed on 09.01.2022. - Hatch watertight: A new hatch was built for the storage tank. installation completed on 09.22.22. - Screened vents for poly tanks: The poly tanks were physically disconnected from the water systems. phot documentation provided by the operator. - Top plate covering the sump pump pipe connected to poly tanks 2 and 3 not watertight: poly tanks physically disconnected. - Plan review for storage tanks: Morgan initiated plan review and paid the plan review fee on 09.14.2022. |
