| Details: | TC Positive RT sample on 09.27.22 Kitchen sink RT sample tested positive for TC. Jennifer was instructed to collect 3 repeat samples and one Triggered sample at the wellhead. These follow up samples should be collected before taking corrective actions such as shock chlorinating the system. Temporary routine samples are required. Collect temporary routine between Oct 1 and Oct 31. |
