Details:	Called Byron Johnson at 4:45pm on 10/05/2022. Left a voicemail that we received a positive result for total coliform bacteria at the janitors closet test point and informed operator that they will need to take 3 repeat samples, one at the sample spot, one within 5 connections upstream and one within 5 connections downstream within 24 hours. Also informed operator that they will need to take two triggered samples, one at 1 at SRC-AA - WELL #1 AND 1 at SRC-AB - WELL #2. Informed operator they will need to take 3 temporary routine samples during the month of November 2022. Update: Spoke to new operator on the phone at 8:30am on 10/6/2022. Discussed what samples needed to be taken and reiterated above information. Followed up by sending an email with a screenshot of the samples we need from Data Online and a pdf of the coliform sampling plan that we have on file for the system. Also sent an email to Mike, Wilson, and Annae at Shiloh Water to inform them of the result and tell them what was discussed.
