| Details: | Eric Called to notify us of a mistake they just realized today. They accidentally replaced their primary LT2 cartridge filter on 9/13/22 with a pre-filter for Chase well #2 which is classified as Ground Water Under the Direct Influence of Surface Water. This triggers a treatment technique violation for failure to use surface water treatment which requires a Tier 2 public notice. The correct filter has been installed and is working properly now. The system was advised to conduct flushing in their distribution system, possibly create signs for operators and update their operations and maintenance manual to ensure this doesn't occur in the future. Eric will send me a draft copy of the public notice prior to distributing. | ||
