| Details: | I spoke with Sheri about the 3 excursions for the September monitoring period. The pH dropped below 7.2 and was not logged again for 3 days. I recommended anytime values drop below the minimum, adjustments should be made asap and testing should be done everyday until level is back at or above the minimum. I let Sheri know that over 9 excursions in a 6 month period will cause a violation. | ||
