| Details: | Mr. Burcher contacted me informing me of the repeat positive coliform samples. Indications are contamination may originate at the storage tank. He is planning on creating a 2.0ppm chlorine concentration at storage, monitoring this concentration downstream regularly, and informing residents of the temporary chlorine residual in the system. He will also be assessing possible pathways for contamination at or near storage and will conduct a visual inspection inside the tank. We will be conducting a level 2 investigation on 10/20/22. |
