| Details: | Level 1 Coli Investigation The system was supposed to collect 3 repeat samples and a TG sample to address the TC positive sample collected on 09.27.22. TG and repeat samples were not reported prior to 10.08.22. Jennifer was notified via phone and email that a level 1 coliform investigation for no repeats has been generated, and also a violation for no triggered sample was generated. Next steps: Jennifer was instructed to complete the L1 coliform investigation form and email it back as soon as practical, but no later than 11.11.2022. Failure to return the completed form may result in additional violations. A copy of the L1 coli investigation form was provided to Jennifer via email. |
