DMCE requested clarification on the status of this waster system.
Ludlum Campground water system is shown in Data online as being inactive since 2009. However the system has been submitting coliform and nitrate data for 2020,2021 and 2022. The system isn’t generating violations/investigations because it is inactive.

Rick contacted me and reported that this system is still serving less than 10 people per day. Coliform sample results are still being reported because Data Online information makes it is easier for Rick to track lab results.

Next steps: The system will remain inactive. For cases of TC and E. Coli positive samples Rick will continue following USFS procedures. No coliform investigations will be generated through DWS.
